I came to Flo looking for solutions to a mixed bag of problems. I was intrigued about what affect my diet could be having on my mental health as well as my physical health, having struggled with both my weight and anxiety for years. I was a sugar and caffeine addict!
Flo’s approach was very different to any kind of diet I’d tried before. It felt like this was a diet that fit around me, rather than me having to fit around it!
She listened to all my issues. The consultations themselves really helped me work out what I wanted from it all. Flo really worked with my own rhythms. There is no feeling of being forced to change drastically, just a gentle nudge in the right direction. She is always on hand if you’re having a wobble too! With no judgement, just laughter and support.
Since starting Flo’s plan I have felt much more energised. My plan wasn’t designed specifically around weight loss, but I’ve lost two stone! It’s improved my sleep, I’m finally waking up feeling refreshed instead of dragging myself out of bed each day.
Last year my anxiety was so bad at times that I was suffering from palpitations, this year is the first time I’ve felt like I’m finally on top of it all. Things that previously would have sent me reeling, now leave me unfazed. The difference has been noticed by everyone around me.
