Well, for starters I can tell you what it’s not! Flojo’s Easy Detox is not boot camp and you won’t be facing hunger pangs while surviving on green smoothies and lettuce. There aren’t any expensive bowel-clearing supplements, meal replacement powders or fancy juicers to buy. You don’t need to hit the gym or to get yourself tied up into yoga knots or even to give up chocolate!
Instead it’s an easy and gentle route to nourishing your body and mind while clearing up some of your lifestyle factors to enable your body’s astonishing capabilities of self-detoxification happen easily and spontaneously.
So, this sounds too easy… what benefits can I expect?
It is rare for any client to see the same set of benefits as another. It depends on where you are health-wise before you start the course, on how closely you follow the plan, and on what other external factors are going on during the next four weeks. However, if you follow the plan as I lay it out you are extremely likely to notice the following:
- clearer and softer skin
- enhanced vitality
- smoother digestion
- an elimination of headaches & migraines
- deep, restful and refreshing sleep
- a happier, more positive outlook
- more energy to do the things that you want
- less joint pain
- reduced or even zero cravings for sugar and junk food

How are you going to help me achieve that?
You’ll be glad to know that I don’t give you lots to work on all in one go. Once your cells are encouraged to start kicking out any of the rubbish they don’t want then your liver, kidneys, lungs and intestines will need to have enough energy to actually get that muck out of your body before it starts recirculating. This can take time, and we will need to support those detoxifying organs as we go.
So we focus on something new each week, taking things very, very gradually. I want you to enjoy making these changes one step at a time because if you become overwhelmed by too many changes at once you will become tired, cranky and overwhelmed and you won’t want to continue – and that, my friend, would be a great shame because by the end of these four weeks you are going to both feel and look noticeably better!
If you have a holiday or major event during the four weeks of this course then you may wish to delay starting until afterwards. Let me know if you think this might be the case so that we can decide on the best action before you set out on this detox journey. Stopping half way through and restarting really doesn’t work!
How does the course work?
Each week you start a new worksheet tackling four general health tweaks to make – which could be as quick as doing my one minute breathing and visualisation exercise, as simple as reducing your reliance on caffeine or as delicious as trying out some of my super easy recipes free from sugar, gluten, dairy, soya and processed fats.
You have unlimited email support from me during the preparation week and the four weeks of the plan itself. I will also send you feedback on completion of Flojo’s Easy Detox.
What is this going to cost me?
Flojo’s Easy Detox course costs a very reasonable one-off payment of just £60 for which you get all the following:
A detailed preparation sheet complete with a shopping list for any out-of-the-ordinary ingredients and products.
