Q: Do I have to do everything?
A: Absolutely not! You don’t actually have to do anything at all… It is really important to remember that what you do and how you eat is your choice, not mine.
I’m not here to tell you to do anything that you don’t want to do. But you have paid me to provide you with a four week course that, if you follow it, will produce results. And that is exactly what I have done!
If you would like to follow the recommendations then you will reap the benefits from them. If you choose not to follow some of the recommendations then you will experience fewer benefits. This would be a great shame, but it would be entirely your choice.
Q: What benefits will I see from Flojo’s Easy Detox course?
A: This is a tricky one! It is rare for any client to see the same set of benefits as another. It depends on where you are health-wise before you start the course, on how closely you follow the plan, and on what other external factors are going on during the next four weeks. However, you are extremely likely to notice the following:
- clearer and softer skin
- enhanced vitality
- smoother digestion
- an elimination of headaches & migraines
- deep, restful and refreshing sleep
- a happier, more positive outlook
- more energy to do the things that you want
- less joint pain
- reduced or even zero cravings for sugar and junk food
- increased ability to deal with stress
- an inner glow
- a better understanding of how to nourish yourself
- a new found enjoyment of practising some great long term habits
- a profound increase in confidence
That’s quite a lot for a four week course isn’t it?!
Q: Will I lose weight?
A: Honestly, I can’t answer this one for you, sorry! I can tell you that many people do lose weight towards the end of the course, but that Flojo’s Easy Detox is not specifically designed as a weight loss course.
What is likely though, is that you will change shape as you lose some inflammation, “puffiness” and bloating. You may notice this in your face and also in a more defined waistline.
Q: I am worried about the butter and eggs on the course. Won’t these affect my cholesterol levels?
A: Most of the cholesterol in your body is actually produced by your body. Cholesterol is used by your body to manufacture hormones, to protect your cells, to ensure that your nervous system functions and to help in your digestive processes.
International food and health organisations are gradually realising the importance of a much higher dietary intake of cholesterol than was previously thought.
The main cause of cholesterol overproduction is to help heal the body from the effects of inflammation, which is caused by factors such as a high carbohydrate intake, by high stress levels and by eating foods that are difficult for us to utilise. You may notice that all of these factors will be significantly reduced on this course.
Q: I am not very good at staying motivated. How will you keep me on track?
A: If you follow the course as it is laid out you will see multiple positive results. Most people find that these results help them to stay on track. I can only offer advice and encouragement.

Q: I am really worried about giving up treats. Does it matter if I cheat?
A: This is one of the areas where Flojo’s Easy Detox differs from a traditional weight loss or get fit plan. As you begin to replace the foods that make your body crave quick-fixes with food and lifestyle changes that both nourish and sustain, you will begin to lose any dependence on foods that cause damage to your body and mind.
By the time you reach week four you will be following a highly nutritious meal plan which will help you to look and feel great. You shouldn’t feel like eating junk because you will have reduced your reliance on it over the previous three weeks. Sadly, any “cheating” significantly reduces the benefits of the course.
I have included several ideas for snacks in week two. I suggest that you plan them all over the weekend so that you always have an alternative to any junk snacks that might cause you to go off-plan.
Q: You don’t give much information about why you recommend specific dietary or lifestyle changes. Why is that?
A: There are multiple reasons for this! The main one is that if I did I would need to write an entire book. I might yet do that, but for now I am happy to recommend books that explain certain aspects of the course if you would like to know more.
Q: What happens if I want to drop out?
A: Hopefully, you won’t need or want to! If you are unable to complete the course I am happy to offer some alternative suggestions for your long term health. Unfortunately I am not able to offer either full or partial refunds.
Q: I am going away for a few days during the final week. Does that matter?
A: Actually yes! Have you ever played the game Downfall where you have to decide which of the four dials to turn on each go in order to smoothly release your discs in numerical order? Flojo’s Easy Detox course is a bit like that except that I have worked out the most efficient way for you to release your discs in advance!
Eating off-plan foods, having a late night, not doing your visualisation or affirmation exercises etc.? These are the equivalent of your opponent player causing your discs to overload the dials, jamming the game altogether. Apologies for the clumsy metaphor but you should get the idea!
Your body will be working hard by week four and you want to be encouraging a smooth outward flow of toxicity rather than causing your body further stress to deal with.
Q: What happens after the course?
A: That is entirely up to you! You may want to continue to follow the plan for the near future or you may feel like returning to business-as-usual. I am happy to recommend a book list if you would like to explore some of the changes you made in this course.
