Coaching Appointments

Initial consultations and subsequent appointments can take place either over a Skype video call or at my home in North Somerset. These can be arranged Monday to Friday starting between 9.30am and 2.30pm. They are followed up by a detailed email prescription within 48 hours; although this is usually produced on the same day.

Initial Consultation

A week before your initial consultation I will send you a health questionnaire to fill in. I will need you to return this together with a five day detailed food and drink diary and payment of £80.00* at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.

The consultation takes around an hour and we will then schedule your next appointment (*see below for details.)

By taking in a questionnaire beforehand and sending a detailed email afterwards, my consultations are free to develop into a relaxed and informal chat. Unlike a typical medical appointment there is ample time for you to tell me what concerns you, what your food and lifestyle preferences are and what motivates you.

Coaching Appointments

Subsequent coaching appointments require a three day detailed food and drink diary to be sent to me at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session. The appointment itself takes between 30 – 40 minutes.

My clients are encouraged to check in with me via email on a weekly basis between appointments. This is about finding the methods that work for you, and that means working with your rhythms as they develop.

Coaching with me is not about following a strict, one-size-fits-all diet; it’s about finding the right balance of nutrition and the appropriate health practices for you personally, based on your genetic heritage, your historical health influences and your current symptoms.

We will look at seasonal living from an ancient Chinese perspective, you will gain an understanding of the endocrine, digestive and neurological systems; you’ll be learning how to treat yourself with time-honoured naturopathic techniques and contemporary “bio-hacks”; I will respect your unique sensory or executive dysfunction challenges when it comes to changing how, when and what you eat; and I will be constantly but gently encouraging you towards having a real appreciation for how incredible you, your body and your brain are!

Appointment Schedule

We will schedule a 30 – 40 minute appointment each calendar month (please note that my hours are Monday to Friday 9.30 – 3.30) and you will have unlimited email support between appointments.

If, for any reason, you are unable to fit in a Skype or in-person appointment I will still ask you to return the monthly questionnaire so that I can continue give relevant email support.

After the initial presenting conditions have been resolved (generally between six months and one year) then I recommend that we schedule maintenance appointments every two months and so your monthly payment will be halved.

Payment Schedule and Packages

When I email you your initial consultation questionnaire I will include an invoice for £80.00*. This should be paid at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session.

After your initial consultation we will set up a monthly payment schedule of £40.00* to be paid at the beginning of each month.

I offer discounts to clients who wish to pay for a block of appointments*

  • Initial consultation and two months: £140 (save £15)
  • Initial consultation and four months: £205 (save £30)
  • Initial consultation and six months: £275 (save £60)
  • Four months: £140 (save £20)

*Please note that these payment schedules and advance payment packages will remain in place until the end of August 2018

I am really looking forward to hearing from you and starting our journey together! If you’d like to set up an appointment with me then please email me here…
