My six month coaching package includes:

  • Two 30 minute attendance or Skype coaching sessions each calendar month
  • Analysis of regular questionnaires
  • Email support during my work hours and in between scheduled sessions
  • Free access to my “VIP Area” library of resources
  • The opportunity to work through any of my online courses with me at no extra cost

Coaching sessions take place either over a Skype video call or at my home in North Somerset. These can be arranged Monday to Friday starting between 9.30am and 2.30pm. They are followed up by a detailed email within 48 hours; although this is usually produced on the same day.

My questionnaires are designed to help maintain focus on your goals and successes, as well as to quickly pinpoint where specific areas of challenge might crop up. These enable the actual coaching sessions to develop into relaxed and informal chats.

Unlike a typical medical appointment there is ample time for you to tell me what concerns you, what your food and lifestyle preferences are and what motivates you.

My clients are encouraged to check in with me via email on a weekly basis between appointments. I am also more than happy to answer questions, act as cheerleader and make extra suggestions via email in between scheduled contact as and when necessary.

This is about finding the methods that work for you, and that means working with your rhythms as they develop.

Coaching with me is not about following a strict, one-size-fits-all diet; it’s about finding the right balance of nutrition and the appropriate health practices for you personally, based on your genetic heritage, your historical health influences and your current symptoms.

We will look at seasonal living from an ancient Chinese perspective, you will gain an understanding of the endocrine, digestive and neurological systems; and you’ll be learning how to treat yourself with time-honoured naturopathic techniques and contemporary “bio-hacks”;

I will respect your unique sensory or executive dysfunction challenges when it comes to changing how, when and what you eat; and I will be constantly but gently encouraging you towards having a real appreciation for how incredible you, your body and your brain are!


When I email you your initial consultation questionnaire I will include an invoice for £360.00. This should be paid at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session and will cover you for a full six months of coaching and the additional benefits as outlined above.
