Cacao Smoothie

Deeply nourishing, hormone-balancing and with a taste reminiscent of turkish delight.  I particularly recommend this smoothie for women in the first few days of their menstrual cycle. This recipe serves two – store half in the fridge for the next day.

Simply blend one can of full fat organic coconut milk, two tablespoons cacao powder, one teaspoon of collagen powder, half a teaspoon of maca powder, a few drops of rose water and a little honey to taste. Serve at room temperature or feel free to warm it gently in a pan before drinking.
