Bedtime Yoghurt Snack

If fluctuating blood sugar levels wake you at night, try this simple and delicious snack just before you go to bed.

Combine one tablespoon each of raw honey, tahini and ground flaxseeds with quarter of a teaspoon of organic ground turmeric.

Stir in half a cup of plain, live, organic yoghurt and serve with a sprinkling of freshly grated nutmeg.

Optional: add MCT oil or Brain Octane oil according to tolerance.
