Yoghurt Breakfast Bowl

High in beneficial fats, multiple nutrients, probiotics and fibre.

Whisk one or two organic egg yolks and one tablespoon MCT oil together. Stir in 150ml organic live yoghurt or coconut yoghurt and one tablespoon ground flaxseeds.

Flavour with vanilla powder, cinnamon, orange or lemon zest

Sweeten if necessary with stevia, xylitol or erythritol.

Top with chopped nuts or seasonal berries.
