Vanilla Smoothie

High in beneficial fats, nutrient rich egg yolks, and anti-inflammatory vanilla; this smoothie is surprisingly filling. Bonus points if you use raw cream!

Blend 100mls raw organic double cream, 100mls water, one or two organic egg yolks, one tablespoon MCT oil and one teaspoon vanilla powder. Sweeten to taste with stevia, xylitol or erythritol.

For a dairy free version replace the cream and water with half a can organic coconut milk.

Feel free to replace the vanilla with the zest of one unwaxed, organic lemon or orange.
