Hot Coconut and Vanilla Shake

This is a warming, calming and satiating drink for any time of day and is particularly useful for keeping carb cravings at bay.

Put 50g unsalted butter (from pastured cows), one tablespoon each of coconut butter, coconut oil or MCT oil and of collagen hydrolysate; and one teaspoon vanilla powder in a blender with a mug of very hot water.

Sweeten to taste with either stevia, xylitol or erythritol and then blend until frothy.
