Chia Breakfast Bowl

High in antioxidants, beneficial fats and flavour!

Pour two tablespoons chia seeds into a small jug. Add six tablespoons organic dairy, nut or coconut milk, stirring immediately so that the seeds are evenly combined. Alternatively you can blitz it all in a food processor for a creamier texture.

Leave for fifteen minutes until the milk has been absorbed before stirring in one tablespoon MCT oil.

Carefully dry fry a few crushed walnuts – don’t let them burn!

Serve the chia mix in bowls or glasses and top with a handful of berries, a splash of cream and the walnuts.
