Chia Breakfast Bowl

High in antioxidants, beneficial fats and flavour!

Pour two tablespoons chia seeds into a small jug. Add six tablespoons organic dairy, nut or coconut milk, stirring immediately so that the seeds are evenly combined. Leave for fifteen minutes until the milk has been absorbed before stirring in one tablespoon MCT oil.

Carefully dry fry a few crushed walnuts – don’t let them burn!

Serve the chia mix in bowls or glasses and top with a handful of berries, a splash of cream and the walnuts.
