These are a tasty and healthy alternative to the oven chip. And they are super quick and easy to make too!
Preheat your oven to around 180c and, while it’s heating, melt a couple of tablespoons of coconut oil in a roasting tin.
Wash a few sweet potatoes and cut them into long, thin fries or chips. Once your oven has heated up combine the potatoes with the fat in the roasting tin, spread them out evenly and sprinkle over generous amounts of sea salt and sweet smoked paprika.
Bake until your fries are nicely caramelised around the edges (probably around 30-40 minutes) and serve as a side dish.
